1.

A transition from a person to Sadhaka (Yoga practitioner): to be a human being is to be a consciously knowing the life which is in flux. To be a human being is to become aware of infinite potentials latent within. Further, it helps us to know the best, the highest, and the greatest in all of us. It inspires us to explore and discover within, how to live, move and act in health, harmony, happiness; peace, prosperity, success.  Authentic Yoga Tradition explores the potential within depending upon the dominant trait you have. That is why Bhakti, Raja, Jnana, Hatha, Laya, Kundalini, Karma and other schools of yoga are evolved. They are different than styles of yoga. Authentic yoga is whole of which a school is a part of it.

First step is to make a transition from a person to yoga practitioner. This transition is an inner orientation. The inner orientation is deeper understanding of body, life and mind and helping them to prepare for a journey aims at self –discovery.
it is important to know the life and existence with reference to authentic yoga philosophy , free from religion, gender, age, dogma belief etc.

2.

Preparing the mind:  Mind At Default (MAD) or simply the mind always cares all of us in anxiety, stress, problems, sufferings, afflictions, and all negative expressions in life. Truth of Real Self always takes care all of us in peace, happiness, harmony, wisdom etc. Authentic Yoga brings progressive awakening, realization and transformation in life. This comes by hundreds of practices that are classified as practices of Hatha, Raja, Jnana, Karma, Bhakti, Laya, Kundalini, Integral, Tantra yoga’s. it is important to remember that schools of Yoga  simply means following a particular approach to reach the highest state as envisioned by Authentic Yoga Tradition.

The principles and practices helps in evolving the mind to a state free from stress, anxiety, sufferings, relationship issues and much more.

3.

Trinity – Iccha, Jnana and Kriya or Aspiration-Knowledge –Action (AKA): We need to understand this trinity and learn what, how, why to turn all desires into one aspiration in life, based on right knowledge   followed by right action. This is known as auspicious aspiration in life. Auspicious is a state beyond mind, that looks life and living with wisdom (knowledge) and chooses the right action so that the very purpose of life is fulfilled. Freedom, peace, harmony, happiness, love, humility, beauty, affection, compassion etc. will take over the entire life. That aspiration will be the right aspiration in life. it demands constant , conscious ,  regular enquiry , contemplation, reflection and awakening to the truth in life that moves towards freedom, peace, happiness and eternal love.

4.

Aim of Life and Aim in Life: generally we fix our outer goals of life in terms education, career, wealth creation, possessions, marriage, children, position, authority etc. but we miss or ignore, where life is moving behind all these desires in life.  What we expect from our life is Aim in Life and what life expects from us is the Aim of Life. We always take care of what we expect from our life but in the end feel defeated, frustrated   and stressed. We never take care or even do not find time to contemplate or to know what life expects from us and never achieve freedom, peace, and love in life.

Life discovers a new direction, goals, tools that bring about total transformation.

5.

Vichar- Manan- Viveka :  we are offered the ability to have right perception, right knowledge and right action but we seldom use it and invite problems and sufferings into life. How to help mind to drop those fears, inhibitions, and awaken to higher truth for living a life beyond dualities and stress is the key to Authentic Yoga Tradition. There are over 1000 texts written much before 100 AD, elaborates deeply and clearly about the principles and practices can be easily applied in life.

6.

Moving and Living within: Authentic Yoga here starts the journey into Inner space and realities. It helps to move horizontally to know the depth of our being and vertically to move into higher states of consciousness. Without moving into depth, it is difficult to move vertically into higher states of consciousness. all meditations, Kundalini awakening, Bhakti Yoga, Chakra balancing and awakening, transcending the mind, spiritual consciousness and spiritual values are understood, experienced here.

7.

Awakening to Aim of Life ( Sattvapatti) : there is a life beyond  the material universe. There is an existence that transcends even our body, life and mind. Until we move within, live within, we cannot transcend them all. Authentic Yoga Traditions brings face to face different states and realities of the world of which we are unconscious in our material life. This step awakens the wisdom, and offers states of consciousness; we can live simultaneously in material and spiritual states of the consciousness. We also understand and realize what God actually means as we start knowing them. The barrier, bias, hatred, dualities of all religions dropped automatically as we know them feel them consciously work in them.

8.

Adventure into Real- Self or beginning of journey into Aim of Life (dropping of UIF and Detachment) or External to internal or from science to spirituality or from outer to inner space or from circumference to center: A Journey begins into the world of consciousness which reveals how consciousness manifests as different layers of existence e.g. matter, body, life, mind, ego etc. The person here accepts here both material and spiritual as one and only one. He realizes matter as manifest consciousness and consciousness as manifest matter.

9.

Turiya (Real –self and its many manifestations) :  the person here knows the Essential nature of the universe, and beyond. He knows the Real-self. He lives in spiritual values of truth, peace, wisdom, love, happiness, kindness and compassion. He participates in evolution of nature consciously, thereby, helps one and all to reach to the same state of consciousness. Laws of karma, destiny, reincarnation and others are naturally revealed into him. Out of compassion and love, he spreads the message for the conscious evolution of mankind. He is always concerned now for everyone on the earth to dispel ignorance and unconsciousness in life. The biggest problem, he discovers that truth, peace, wisdom, love are non-transferable. Therefore, he moves and makes all efforts possible to explain, points the truth so that people can understand , discover the same within.
